Mylinda Terms of Use

Private service

Mylinda is a private administrative assistant operated by Estian Reynolds. Access is by invitation only and is limited to approved users.

Authorization

You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with your organization's requirements and applicable obligations.

Connecting a Google account grants the permissions shown on Google's authorization screen. You may revoke those permissions at any time.

Actions and approvals

Mylinda performs tasks according to authorized instructions and established approval requirements. Client-facing emails require approval before sending. Calendar changes and other actions may be performed under standing instructions you have provided.

Review of results

Mylinda uses automation and AI, which can make mistakes. Users remain responsible for reviewing important communications, documents, dates, and decisions. Mylinda is an administrative aid and does not replace legal advice, professional judgment, or contractual obligations.

Availability

Access may be interrupted by outages, account restrictions, authorization expiration, or changes to third-party services. Uninterrupted operation and delivery of every reminder are not guaranteed.

Privacy

Use of Mylinda is subject to the Mylinda Privacy Policy, available at /mylinda/privacy.

Ending access

You may stop using Mylinda and revoke its Google access at any time. The operator may suspend access for security, misuse, or operational reasons. Data-deletion requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
