Mylinda Privacy Policy

Who operates Mylinda

Mylinda is a private administrative assistant operated by Estian Reynolds. This policy explains how Mylinda accesses, uses, stores, and shares information when authorized users connect their Google accounts.

Information accessed

Depending on the permissions granted and the tasks requested, Mylinda may access:

• Google account identification, including name and email address.

• Gmail messages, sender and recipient information, attachments, labels, and drafts.

• Calendar information, including event titles, descriptions, dates, locations, attendees, and reminders.

• Authorized Google Drive files and their metadata.

• Authorized Google Sheets and spreadsheet contents.

Mylinda also maintains task records, summaries, document copies, and activity records needed to carry out and track authorized work.

How information is used

Information is used to provide requested administrative features, including finding and reviewing documents, summarizing correspondence, preparing drafts, sending authorized communications, organizing records, and managing calendar events and deadlines.

Google account permissions do not independently authorize every action. Mylinda follows the user's instructions and applicable approval requirements. Client-facing communications require the designated user's approval before sending.

AI processing and sharing

Mylinda operates through OpenClaw and uses AI services, including OpenAI, to process relevant information for requested tasks. Relevant message content, attachments, calendar information, or document excerpts may be transmitted to these services for that processing.

Information may also be transmitted to Google, to user-authorized connected services, and to recipients expressly authorized by the user when necessary to complete a requested action.

Mylinda does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Service providers handling Google user data must be used under terms and settings consistent with these restrictions.

Human access is limited to the authorizing user and people specifically authorized to assist with the relevant information, except where access is necessary for security or required by law.

Storage and protection

OAuth credentials, working documents, task records, and activity history are stored on the operator-controlled computer and in the services used to provide the requested features. Relevant information processed by external providers may also be retained under their applicable service terms and settings.

Mylinda uses access controls and protected credential storage to restrict access. Google passwords are entered directly with Google, not collected by Mylinda. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained while needed for authorized tasks, ongoing records, troubleshooting, and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Users may request deletion of Mylinda-held information by emailing estian817@gmail.com. Information no longer needed will be deleted, subject to applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements. Copies in backups or provider systems may remain until their retention cycles expire.

Revoking Google access stops future authorized API access but does not automatically delete information already stored by Mylinda. Deleting Mylinda-held information does not automatically delete original messages, files, or events from Google.

Google API data commitments

Mylinda’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements:

Policy changes

This policy will be updated when Mylinda’s data practices change. Users will be notified and asked for additional consent before Google data is used for a materially different purpose.
